DESCRIPTION:On Eco-Fascism and End-Times Fascism: Discussion and Collective
  Reading (in English and German).\n\nIn this seminar\, we ask whether ther
 e is a continuity in the way right-wing nationalisms address environmental
  issues from the origins of fascism to the currently ongoing global “pol
 ycrisis.” We also discuss the term „end-times fascism“ by Naomi Klei
 n and Astra Taylor\, who argue that the European fascism of the 1930s and 
 1940s had certain visions for a future golden age\, even if it meant pulli
 ng their societies into a genocidal bloodbath. Today\, fascism is apocalyp
 tic in that it escalates climate disasters and actively chooses to let the
  earth burn. One task of this seminar is to ask what we are to make of thi
